Foundation Modules: These modules are essential prerequisites before advancing to other sections of the program. Our curriculum is grounded in the Seeds of Wellness Paradigm, which integrates all facets of Body, Mind, and Spirit while connecting the Spiritual and Physical elements of Earth.
